Question 1

What is the disinfection principle of ZOONO?

Accepted Answer

Zoono's series of products are all antibacterial and sterilizing using biotechnology methods. They are not mixed with chemicals and do not contain toxins. They mainly use lysis to deal with bacteria and viruses (the principle is like using a million-point needle to pierce a balloon), rather than using high-concentration alcohol drying methods or chemical poisons to kill bacteria in a short period of time like traditional disinfectants. ZOONO®'s proprietary formula can more effectively prevent bacteria from developing drug resistance through division and mutation and then forming drug-resistant bacteria, and at the same time prevent cross-infection. Therefore, the product can be used safely and effectively on humans, children, pets, etc.

Question 2

What are the ingredients of ZOONO disinfectant products?

Question 6

Will ZOONO 24-Hour Hand Sanitizer dry out my hands or cause skin breakouts?

Question 7

Question 9

What precautions should I take when using ZOONO?

Accepted Answer

Zoono can be used on all surfaces in the house. Follow the instructions on the label and apply Zoono on clean and dry surfaces. Question 10

How much ZOONO should I use on my hand each time?

Accepted Answer

Apply 3 ml of 24-hour hand sanitizer to both hands and cover all surfaces of both hands. Rub hands for 30 seconds until completely dry to form a protective layer.

Question 11

If I use other disinfectants (such as alcohol disinfectants) after using Zoono, will it have any effect?

Accepted Answer

No. Zoono will adhere to the surface of the object or the skin. The disinfection effect is effective until the coating falls off. The sterilization effect ends until the protective layer falls off naturally on the surface of the object or the skin. Therefore, using disinfectants such as alcohol will not affect its effectiveness.

Question 12

Should I use ZOONO hand sanitizer more than once a day?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to use Zoono Hand Sanitiser more than once a day, but it's perfectly fine to use it more than once a day. Zoono Hand Sanitiser has been shown to stay on the skin until it naturally falls off, which usually takes about 72 hours (depending on factors such as sports, work environment, etc.). However, in high-risk environments (health care, etc.), some people engaged in high-risk activities, such as medical staff, may like to use Zoono Hand Sanitiser (24-hour hand sanitizer) more frequently.
